Shipping Policy

Our checkout ships to addresses in the United States only, from Florida. If you're outside the US, our eBay store lists each card's international shipping options.

Every order ships within 3 business days of payment. Weekends and holidays aren't business days, so an order placed on a Saturday starts its count on Monday.

Two flat rates, by order total, and one charge per order — there is no free-shipping tier and no expedited option:

• Orders under $20: $1.99. Mailed as a USPS First-Class letter. This is a plain stamped envelope, so there is no tracking.
• Orders of $20 or more: $4.99. Shipped by USPS Ground Advantage with tracking; the tracking number is emailed to you.

The rate is shown under each Add to cart button and in your cart, and again at checkout before you pay.

Raw cards travel in a penny sleeve, top loader and team bag — inside a rigid envelope for a First-Class letter, inside a padded mailer for Ground Advantage. Graded slabs are bubble-wrapped in a padded mailer or box. Skye runs the shop; Mom and Dad review, pack, and ship every order.

Usually 2–5 business days after shipping, for either service. USPS delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. A First-Class letter has no tracking, so there is nothing to watch along the way — if it hasn't arrived 10 business days after we mailed it, email us.

Buying more than one card? Everything ships together in one package, for one shipping charge — the rate your order total lands on.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't change the address once a package has shipped. If a package comes back undeliverable because of an incorrect address, we'll reship it once you pay for the new postage.

If tracking stalls, a letter doesn't arrive, or a card arrives damaged, email hello@pokeskye.com with your order number (and photos, for damage). Our Refund Policy says exactly how we make it right.

Every card here is also listed on our eBay store. A card you buy through eBay ships on the same schedule, under the shipping terms shown in that listing. eBay's Money Back Guarantee still applies to those purchases.
