Terms of Sale

This store is operated by Poke Skye LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“Poke Skye,” “we,” “us”). Contact: hello@pokeskye.com. By placing an order you agree to these terms of sale and to our Terms of Use.

We sell collectible trading cards, both graded and ungraded. Each card is one of a kind, and the photos show the actual card. Pokémon and related names are trademarks of their respective owners; Poke Skye is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by Nintendo, The Pokémon Company, Creatures or GAME FREAK.

Our cards are also listed on other marketplaces. Very rarely, a card can sell elsewhere at the same moment you check out. If that happens, we'll cancel your order and give you a full refund right away.

Prices are in US dollars. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. A card's price here and on eBay are set separately and can differ; each page shows its own. We may correct pricing or listing errors, and if an error affects your order we'll contact you before shipping — you can cancel for a full refund. Payments are processed securely by Shopify, and we never see or store your full card number.

We may refuse or cancel an order that appears fraudulent, or that we can't verify, and issue a full refund.

These are covered by our Shipping Policy and our Refund & Return Policy, which are part of these terms.

Grades are the opinion of third-party grading companies. Condition descriptions of raw cards are our good-faith assessment, and the photos are part of the description. Card values change, and we make no promises about a card's future value.

If there's a problem with your order, please contact us first. We'll respond quickly and make it right under our policies.

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. We may update them; the version posted when you place your order applies to that order. Disputes about the site itself follow the arbitration section of our Terms of Use.
